SORRY! A RANT, I RECKON!!!

I had to work over three hours filling in for someone that was filling in for someone else!!! The way employers try to cut cost is by hiring part-time people. I understand hire two part-time people, save on insurance benefits and all that jazz! Okay, that's the way in today's cost cutting slimmed down save a buck mentally challenged leadership! Ol' Glen don't want no over-time! It's wasted money and my old worn out body ALWAYS pays the price! MY aching body aches enough getting through a normal day! I'm tired my legs and back is aching. I'm so tired I cannot rest you see! My body will not let me go into a restful relaxing sleep mode, because it is plum fricking pissed at me! (((Place laughter here if ya want, causin I know there is ones out there over 50 that understand where I'm coming from, like my pals T. AND C. A AND ANY OTHER OLD ONES AROUND THIS GLOBE!))) So I reckon I be on a rant and who knows where I'll go, it might be fun, and besides ol' Glen needs the practice, plus it relaxes ME!

THERE WAS A MAN WHO'S BEEN GONE FOR A FEW YEARS, W. F. THE FINEST MAN I'VE EVER KNOWN!!! ( HE WAS 84) HE CHOSE TO WORK PART-TIME BECAUSE HE NEEDED SOMETHING TO DO. HE HAD LIVED, TOO LONG, DIDN'T NEED THE MONEY, HIS WIFE WAS LONG GONE, HE NEEDED TO BE AROUND PEOPLE! (HE WORE HEARING AIDS BUT MISSED NOTHING, HE HAD VISION A PLENTY!) W. F. AT THAT AGE OUT WORKED ANY OF THE ONES I'VE SEEN HIRED IN MANY A MOONS! (THAT BE A LOOONG TIME!) AS SHARP AS A TACK, LIVED THROUGH THE GREAT DEPRESSION, BEEN THROUGH A HUNDRED ((( yes i know that's suppose to be one hundred, but remember who's blog yer visiting, besides i heard this from my family a growing up, and if it was good enough for mark twain, it's good enough for me!)))   LIFE TIMES OF WHAT TODAY'S PEOPLE WOULD CONSIDER "TOUGH" TIMES!!! HE BE A """MAN""" WITH MORE COMMON SENSENESS THAN ... WELL NOW, YOU DON'T FIND THAT COMMON SENSENESS TODAY! I'M SO SORRY TO SAY THAT BUT "BABY" IT'S TRUE!!!

He was from another era that most of the ones today CANNOT understand ! They have absolutely NOTHING to compare it to!

THE MENTAL MENTALITY OF THE MODERN ERA, IS TO HIRE TWO OR THREE, TO GET THE WORK DONE, STILL WITHOUT A LICK OF  COMMON SENSE, AND ABLE TO WORK ON THEIR OWN!  

Ah, oh! This here ranting, clearing my mind has taken a toll on a tired old man! [snoring, sounds]
